Work by appointments only. I do not offer squeeze-in appointments.
All appointments are subject to a $35 deposit when booking. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
I do not install wigs that were previously installed by you or anyone else. Once the lace is cut and it wasn’t done by me, I cannot reinstall it.
I will not install a dirty wig, closure, frontal, or bundles. If you come to the appointment with any of the above, there is a $50 charge for washing.
Wigs & frontals that need to be customized must be dropped off immediately after booking your appointment.
There is a $30 service charge for same-day customization.

For coloring services, please give notice as soon as your appointment has been booked. I do not color on the day of the appointment.
Custom wigs are not made on the day of the appointment. After I receive your bundles, it takes 4–5 days to prepare the wig.
We only accept 13×6 HD frontals for frontal wig installations. If your head is 20″ or smaller, we will accept 13×4 HD frontals. Please adhere to this to avoid issues with your appointment.
Full Frontal:
If you are purchasing a ready-made factory wig, please ask your vendor to provide a “full frontal” wig, as a lace front wig restricts you to just a middle part. Most importantly, ensure the wig fits your head and covers your hairline comfortably. We cannot install wigs that are too small for you.
Lace:
We do not work with thick knots, grey, dense, or low-quality lace, as this affects the overall outcome of your installation. For best results, provide thin HD lace and quality virgin or raw hair.
We do not work with hair from Shein, Aliexpress, or Temu. Small wigs are not permitted under any circumstances. Machine-made wigs must cover your hairline comfortably before booking. Please provide thin lace; the thinner your lace, the better the outcome.
Hair Preparation:
Hair must be braided flat to achieve a seamless look. The thicker your hair, the more cornrows you will need. Cornrows can also be added as an add-on if needed.
Head Measurements for Custom Wigs:
Please follow the guidance to accurately measure your head. All measurements should be in inches:
Ear to ear over top
Temple to temple round back
Nape of neck
For bobs, your closure/frontal should be longer than your bundles for a seamless look. For example, if your bundles are 14″, your closure/frontal should be 16″.
All wigs are glued down using lace glue. If you have any allergies, please let me know in advance. For cleanest results, we recommend dyeing 1B-colored hair jet black as an add-on.
The only lace system we accept from Aliexpress is WowAngel. We do not accept any other vendors from Aliexpress.
